Trends in Mathematics Research in Early Childhood: Bibliometric Review

Early childhood education is a critical stage in individual development. At an early age, children have the ability to absorb knowledge quickly, including mathematics. The aim of this study was identify trends and patterns mathematics research using bibliometric analysis. data obtained from Scopus database which has been refined with 4 stages (identification, screening, eligibility, inclusion). results showed that peak publications related occurred 2022. 2017 year most influential publications. Journal “Early Childhood Education Indexed highest quartile score (Q1) popular place for publication previous field. United States country field because both number citations are than any other country. As three focus age on 1988-2023 namely, 1) mathematics, human, learning gender; 2) childhood, professional development, teachers; 3) learning, curriculum, achievement.
